Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer purchasing from NEXOGUM online for delivery within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Hygiene-Sealed Goods Exception
NEXOGUM is a consumable product (chewing gum) supplied in sealed packaging for health and hygiene reasons. Under applicable consumer-protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal is broken after delivery. Unopened packs in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days.
How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us with a clear statement by emailing support@nexogum.lt with your order number. You must then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.
Return Costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once we receive your withdrawal notice and the unopened returned item, we will refund all payments received from you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Teisė atsisakyti sutarties (14 dienų)
Jei esate vartotojas, perkantis prekes iš NEXOGUM nuotoliniu būdu (internetu), pagal ES ir Lietuvos vartotojų teisių apsaugos teisės aktus turite teisę atsisakyti pirkimo–pardavimo sutarties per 14 dienų nenurodydami priežasties. Šis terminas skaičiuojamas nuo dienos, kai Jūs (ar Jūsų nurodytas asmuo) gavote prekes.
Higienos prekių išimtis
NEXOGUM yra maistui vartoti skirtas produktas (kramtomoji guma), tiekiamas užplombuotoje pakuotėje dėl sveikatos apsaugos ir higienos priežasčių. Vadovaujantis taikomais teisės aktais, atsisakymo teisė netaikoma, jei pakuotė buvo atplėšta (išpakuota) po pristatymo. Neatplėštas, originalioje pakuotėje esančias prekes galite grąžinti per 14 dienų.
Kaip pasinaudoti atsisakymo teise
Apie savo sprendimą atsisakyti sutarties turite mums pranešti nedviprasmišku pareiškimu – el. paštu support@nexogum.lt, nurodydami užsakymo numerį ir pageidavimą grąžinti prekę. Prekes turite išsiųsti atgal ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo pranešimo apie atsisakymą pateikimo dienos.
Grąžinimo išlaidos
Tiesiogines prekių grąžinimo išlaidas apmoka pirkėjas, nebent susitarta kitaip.
Pinigų grąžinimas
Gavę Jūsų pranešimą apie sutarties atsisakymą ir grąžintą, neatplėštą prekę, grąžinsime visas už prekę sumokėtas sumas (įskaitant standartinio pristatymo išlaidas) ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų, naudodami tą patį mokėjimo būdą, kurį naudojote pirkdami, tačiau mes galime sulaikyti grąžinimą, kol negausime prekės atgal arba kol negausime įrodymo, kad prekė išsiųsta atgal.
Pažeistos ar netinkamos prekės
Jei gavote pažeistą, sugadintą ar ne tą prekę, susisiekite su mumis el. paštu support@nexogum.lt – tokiu atveju grąžinimo išlaidas apmokame mes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us at support@nexogum.lt — in that case, we cover the return shipping cost.
